In accordance with Article 7, §3, paragraph 4, of the Act of 14 December 2005 abolishing bearer securities, Volksvermogen NV hereby announces that, pursuant to Article 5 of its Articles of Association, bearer shares of Volksvermogen held in a securities account on 31 December 2007 will be automatically converted into dematerialized shares from that date onwards. Other bearer shares will be automatically dematerialized as they are entered in a securities account from 1 January 2008 onwards.

Bearer shares that are not registered in a securities account will be automatically converted into dematerialised shares with effect from 1 December 2014. Volksvermogen also announces that it has designated vdk bank, in its capacity as recognised account holder, as the so-called “Top of the Pyramid” for holding the total outstanding Volksvermogen shares that have been or will be issued by it.
