Twenty-one of the 27 municipalities within the administrative district of Ghent-Eeklo are members or shareholders of Volkshaard, as is also the case in the province of East Flanders and the Flemish Region. Various associations and companies of the Christian workers’ movement and a number of private individuals are also shareholders.
Volkshaard’s portfolio of properties comprises more than 5000 dwellings.
